I love clicker training (more properly called Event Marker Training)! You can teach your llamas and alpacas all kinds of useful and fun behaviors AND the process of teaching these behaviors changes the relationship you have with your animal. After many hours of experimentation and I am now introducing A NEW and IMPROVED CAMELIDynamics Clicker Kit! This pouch is perfect for either carrots or grain treats has a very sturdy hinge that closes quickly and easily with a magnet it offers plenty of room for lots of treats. The special mini feeding frisbee is the perfect size for the pouch but big enough to entice shy animals. Included is what I consider to be the best clicker for working with camelids and comes with an attached wrist coil. It makes a pleasing distinct click that you can hear easily outside and from a distance.
Clicker training is a mechanical skill that is practiced similarly regardless of species. You can find read about how and why to use clicker training with camelids on the CAMELIDynamics Guild Forum. Join the Guild and you can ask questions as you learn to work with your camelids using this exciting training technology.
The pouch comes in one size fits all.

I noticed it was like a dance. Some of them went well in the midline catch, some didn't want to be Continue Reading
