we have a small herd of alpacas, all female and two neutered males. Three of our females need to be covered and we’ll be bring a male from a neighboring farm to us. My question is, what is the best way to approach this process? Do we need to put the male in with each female separately? Or can we put the male into the paddock with our three females and let nature take its course? Any advice for best practice here would be much appreciated.
