How to Use the Weight Calculator
- Type in your height, age, current activity level and current weight. Click calculate- write down this number it is your current caloric consumption (CCC).
- Repeat step 1 using the activity level, but this time use your destination weight (desired weight) instead of your current weight. Write this number down it is your destination weight caloric consumption (DWCC)
- Your Balance Differential Number is your DWCC minus your CCC.
- Now you can experiment with the exercise function. Compare the B/D number with another that you calculate using a higher activity level or different body weights or both.
