Hans Stocker is a native of Switzerland, living in the Swiss-German part of Switzerland. His profession is Doctor of General Medicine. Working in his own medical practice as GP keeps him very busy and he likes to relax ( that means to work!) on his farm. He and his wife Lisa and sons, Moritz, Felix and Oliver run Alpakahof-Linth. Hans and his family are involved in the daily care of the farm.
Hans has a true love for raising livestock , Paso Fino horses, Galloway cows, goats, dogs, cats … for the past 11 years he has directed the passion he has for animals toward the alpacas. Currently over a hundred alpacas call Alpakahof-Linth their home.
In 2007 (a bit skeptically) Hans attended his first Camelidynamics Clinic given by Marty in Switzerland. Hans was thrilled about this way working with the camelids- with respect , fun and without stress and struggle . So Hans was convinced that Camelidynamics is the way to go and decided to join the practitioner program traveling to Bend OR. He has continued his education and training and was promoted from Apprentice to Practitioner in August, 2011. He, his family and alpacas have hosted 2 clinics in Switzerland and are helping teach and training others. Thank you so much Marty for sharing your lifework in Camelidynamanics!
Hans ist gebürtiger Schweizer und lebt in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz. Sein Beruf als Arzt für Allgemeine Medizin, sprich Hausarzt, hält ihn stark auf Trab. Seine“ Entspannung“ ist die Arbeit auf seinem Bauernhof, Alpakahof-Linth, den er mit seiner Frau Lisa und den drei Söhnen, Moritz, Felix und Oliver, bewirtschaftet. Hans und die ganze Familie sind in der Hofarbeit mit eingebunden.
Schon immer hatte Hans gerne Tiere betreut, Pasofino Pferde, Galloway Mutterkühe, Ziegen, Hunde und Katzen. Seit elf Jahren werden nun auf dem Büsserhof Alpakas gehalten. Aktuell sind es ca. 100 Tiere. Im 2007 besuchte Hans, sehr skeptisch, seinen ersten Camelidynamics Kurs mit Marty hier in der Schweiz. Voller Begeisterung, begann er darauf den Umgang mit Kameliden mit dem frisch Erlernten und ging zu weiteren Kursen nach Bend Oregon. Hans geht nun weiter im Ausbildungsprogramm von
