Camelidynamics Teaching Program: Instructor

The philosophy is easy to learn and the techniques look easy, but extensive training and practice are required to become proficient. Many people attend one clinic and feel they could teach the method. After attending two or three more trainings, most people begin to realize how much there is to learn. It is at this time-when students realize what they do not know-that they begin to have an understanding of the work. The requirements for teaching Camelidynamics are deliberately rigorous and comprehensive. Qualified teachers benefit the students and the animals, as well as the reputation of the program and the work.
Instructor

Instructors have fulfilled all the requirements and have maintained their Practitioner certification for 2-5 years.   They have also been evaluated and determined to be proficient in their handling, training and teaching skills by Camelidynamics.  They have also shown the initiative to continue to learn, innovate and support the animals in their care, the camelid industry, the Guild and its members,

This level within the teaching program is attained by invitation only,

The Instructor will be required to continue to obtain additional education to maintain their certification, as well as, keep current with new methodologies, techniques and innovations. They will be expected to continue to refresh and refine their teaching, coaching, and animal handling proficiency and be available to and to help mentor others in the Guild at all levels and those in the Practitioner program.

To more fully understand the benefits, dues, and educational requirments to attain and maintain Instructor certification, please refer to the Guild Guidelines and Appendix.
