A Practitioner 1 has fulfilled all the requirements for
Apprentice, Practitioner and Practitioner 1 status and has
been evaluated and determined to be proficient in their
handling, training, teaching and organizational skills. They will
have taught a minimum of three (3) free private lessons as an
AP and two (2) 1-day Free Workshops as an Practitioner. THE PRACTITIONER 1 IS QUALIFIED TO:
- Teach 1-day workshops with up to 15 people at competitive rate per person. Topics covered are limited to the syllabus provided.
- Teach private lessons or small group lessons at competitive rates.
- Consult privately on barn design and challenging animals at competitive rates.

P1 PREREQUISITES
- To be completed prior to granting of Practitioner1 (P1) status:
- Maintain Practitioner (P) status
- Complete one additional Advanced Clinic (cumulative total: four (4) Advanced Clinics)
- Assist with instruction of less experienced students at Advanced Clinic
- Assist Marty McGee Bennett or Practitioner2 with one (1) 2-day Basic Clinic (cumulative total: 2 assists)
- Complete one (1) 2-day TTEAM Workshop for horses taught by a certified TTEAM Practitioner (cumulative total: one 1-day and one 2-day TTEAM- TTOUCH Workshops) Have taught a minimum of two 1-day Free Workshops (6-10 participants) as a Practitioner with completed evaluations submitted to Camelidynamics office
- Have a satisfactory background in managing and handling camelids. (2 years minimum)
- Have a 2-year minimum involvement with Camelidynamics
- Demonstrate proficiency with the techniques of, and an understanding of the principles and philosophy of Camelidynamics by teaching short blocks of instruction at Advanced Clinics
- Demonstrate general knowledge of livestock handling including safety principles of working with large animals.
- Demonstrate an ability to efficiently control and guide group work
- Remain current by attending an Advanced Clinic every year
- Submit application & be approved for Practitioner1 (P1) status
